MatchPoint Solutions - Technology Architect

Role Summary:

This role is typically involved in designing the structure of technology systems, managing the implementation and delivery of programs, and coordinating with the clients and the software development team to ensure the system runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Determine organization needs and identify system specifications by planning & designing the structure of technology systems.

- Communicate best products and systems to the clients and system requirements to software designers and developers.

- Oversee development and implementation of assigned programs and guide teammates.

- Help resolve technical problems as and when they arise. And carry out testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly and that it satisfies quality standards and procedures.

Need:

- Overall 14+ years of experience as a Technology Leader, coordinating and managing the entire software development and delivery processes. With at least a year experience working as a Delivery Manager, establishing architectural methodology for all deliverables.

- Degree or Postgraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant subjects.

- Experience in designing technical solutions, recommend technology stack, and implement/code it.

- Ability to code in React Native/JS or other technology stack like MEAN or LAMP or Java Full-Stack, with exposure to Cloud - (DevOps, Application, Computing, etc).

- Mentor technology teams, groom architects, and collaborate effectively in different technology areas.

- Should represent MPS in customer discovery calls, converse to demonstrate understanding of clients' technical requirements, effectively put across point of views on technology considered by the client and be able to effectively answer any questions of clients to establish competency
