Responsibilities
- Active participation in building the communication strategy for Mastree
- Manage the distribution of content across all channels (Social Media, Email, Website, Offline collaterals, etc) for Mastree
- Write crisp, clean and engaging copy to promote new and existing content
- Implement, manage, and execute paid social advertising
- Repurpose blog posts, infographics and other assets to create channel-specific micro-content
- Clearly document processes to create an efficient and streamlined social media operation
- Maintain the social media calendar and all related activities on all social accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with informative, empathetic, and timely responses across all social channels
- Monitor and analyse current social/digital trends including regular competitor analysis
- Partner with designers and other related teams (sales, product and tech) to streamline tasks and communicate effectively
Requirements/Skills
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Demonstrable 2-3 years of social media experience and strong knowledge of the social media landscape
- Passion for creating social-first content, with a proven ability to think strategically about creative content and implement on a tactical level
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrable organisation skills and ability to effectively manage time
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices, including content management, brand voice, buyers- journey, and customer personas
- Proven record of reaching traffic and engagement goals in the past
- Experience in B2C marketing, video production and/or Facebook, Twitter, Instagram is a plus
