Lead: Career Services (L&D) This position will act as a principal advisor regarding all the activities related to helping our students advance their skills and knowledge and helping our B-School succeed by training and developing its personnel and designing e-learning courses and managing budgets. Indicative Responsibilities : - Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs. - Review individual and organizational development needs. - Deploy different kinds of learning methods- such as coaching- job-shadowing- online training and so on. - Provide career guidance for the students. - Educate students about resume building, interview process, job expectation and professionalism. - Developing leadership skills and planning career moves for them. - Provide job placement assistance to students and prepare them for campus placements. - Organize career programs, conducting mock interviews and other student development activities. - Identifying gaps in learning needs and accordingly working on the students. - Organize e-learning courses- workshops and other trainings. - Interview students to understand their career goals and accordingly provide career guidance. - Monitor the success of development plans and help students make the most of learning opportunities. - Organize hiring and training activities. - Supervise L&D Specialists.
