We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building and managing distribution channels for building materials. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to build a distribution network for aluminium roofing products.

- Identify and secure partnerships with key distributors, wholesalers, and contractors to increase product visibility and sales.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and industry influencers.

- Develop and execute sales and marketing programs to drive product demand and increase market share.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer service, to ensure that the company's products and services meet customer needs.

- Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.

- Develop and manage a sales budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and meet customer needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on building and managing distribution channels for building material products.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and development.

- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing programs.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of aluminium roofing products and the construction industry is a plus.
