Brief of JD
Training Calendar Creation :
- Create Beat Plan basis training need identification.
Training Delivery and Governance :
- Conduct Train the trainer for beat trainers
- Train OR team on Product selling and customer experience management.
- Ensure implementation of training guidelines at stores.
- Travel stores to train the CROs and conduct training need analysis trainings resulting in increase in sales
- Work as beat trainer for Delhi – NCR region.
Operations :
- Monitor, review and drive performance of CRO
- Drive training and certification targets for new and existing store staff
- Identify gaps & create solutions to improve the induction & output of store staff
Content Management :
- Conceptualize, get developed and implement content for all training
- Conduct periodic need-gap-analysis and use the same to improve on the existing content quality
Customer Experience:
- Ensure Customer Experience objectives and targets are met through training intervention.
- Ensure continuous improvement in training strategy and process to improve CSAT and Sales
