Master Trainer & Curriculum Developer - Psychology/Counselling - Education

Description:

Curriculum Development-

- Design specialized pedagogy based on organisation's Framework.

- Design activities, lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluations on grade content.

- Adapt and modify the content for the primary and middle school based on the National Curriculum Framework.

Training-

- Train trainees in the pedagogy developed.

- Prepare Training materials, schedules and conduct training.

- Curriculum testing and evaluation

- Act as a mentor for the trainees.

- Conduct field observations and modify training as required.

- Train Master Trainers from partner organizations.

- Teaching and assessment of Special needs children

Person specification Qualification:

- Post Graduate with knowledge in Counselling and Special Education.

Prior Experience:

- 5 to 8 years

- Must have the experience of teaching in primary & middle school Essential skills

- Strong writing skills

Functional details:

- well versed with app development for assessment & tools development

- a psychology &counselling background is preferred

- prior experience in special education, disabilities studies
