Master Black Belt - Continuous Improvement - Finance - BPO

We have an opening with a fortune 10 client based in Chennai.

- The role is for a continuous improvement lead based in finance operations who will drive improvement of the Finance Operation's. Develop continuous improvement capability.

Broadly the role will be accountable for:

- Management of a team of up to 5-7 direct reports

- Lead for Training for all of continuous improvement Finance

- Accountable for departmental metrics definitions and tracking.

- Roll out of visual management to Chennai operations

- Manage IT licenses

We are looking for a senior candidate from a premier B-School who has exposure to continuous improvement and comes with a six sigma orientation, and a black belt certification
