Mast Kalandar is a North Indian fast casual chain of restaurants started by Spring Leaf Retail Pvt Ltd., a company promoted by Gaurav Jain and Pallavi Gupta. To provide a wholesome and healthy eating experience to the calorie conscious working professionals, Mast Kalandar serves the old Indian recipes with a new age perspective.

The food is cooked fresh using quality ingredients. The menu at Mast Kalandar is a mix of recipes inspired from different dishes cooked in the homes across different states in Northern India. The spices used in these recipes are also sourced from the region from where the food is, to maintain the authentic taste. Mast Kalandar has always striven to maintain the quality of food and service as they have expanded over the last 6 years.

Mast Kalandar currently has 65 branches in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.

- The Job profile requires close working with the CEO to achieve Strategic & Operational objectives.

- The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.

- The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the Senior Mgmt.

Key Accountabilities:

Facilitate & Support CEO for management control and Review:

- Facilitate and implement management controls & review from CEO's office

- Strategies formulation

- High level of Emotional maturity, Integrity, Confidentiality in dealing with People across the group

- Excellence communication & presentation skills

- High level of computer literacy.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech. + MBA from premier B-Schools

- Total experience about 3-7 years with at least 1 year in a similar role with a senior executive or a strategic planning role
