At ZECAT, we are partnering with OEMs (2w/4w) to retail EVs (bikes/ scooters/ cars) to individual customers through lease/ rent/ purchase options by giving numerous customer benefits like 7 days of EV experience and much more.
At Bharat Mobility, we provide fast charging service to commercial 3w/2w and leasing/financing service to commercial 3-wheeler operations. We also operate charging and parking hubs for commercial EV operations.
Role:
- We seek dynamic and motivated business professionals with background in Automobile/EV industry to drive growth by superior product execution, customer outreach, and managing customer expectations.
- The Business Managers will work in CEO's Office and work on managing client relationships, lead generation, and building customer happiness index in the chosen vertical - 1C, ZECAT or Bharat Mobility. This job offers vertical growth and will lead to senior role in a short time.
Responsibilities:
- As a Business Manager, you will build a sales channel to generate leads, close them, and drive end user satisfaction; identify and pursue leads within the target market segment through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs and preferences related to EV leasing and battery solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and advantages of our products and services.
- Drive product development as per end user expectations and experiences.
We are looking for candidates with:
Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's in Sales/Marketing from a Tier-1 college. MBA Marketing would be preferred.
Experience: Self-starters with 1-2 years of work experience in B2B sales, content marketing or product management. Candidates with experience in Automobiles / EV industry would be preferred.
Age: Under 28 Years
