Growth Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible end to end activities like implementing marketing strategy, promotions, sales target execution etc. The candidate will be working closely with the partner platforms to understand the customer insights, feedback etc.. Finally, your analytical and decision making skills will assist you on the success of the growth of the organization. Responsibilities : - Own Revenue for the company from end to end. Full ownership for revenue planning & execution - Effective implementation of marketing strategy, promotions and sales execution to achieve monthly, quarterly revenue targets - Drive continuous improvement at funnel level by examining trends and improve metrics on merchandising, cart, optimizations, offers etc - Work with multiple teams on key operational metrics i.e. sales loss, grid visibility, merchant rejections, better chef quality, range identification etc - Liaison with tech teams to prevent outages, ensure smooth operations and work on relevant product features as needed - Work closely with partner platforms to understand the consumer insights, iterate on the feedback loop and develop the right requirement set internally - Work with different vendors, brands to create a pool of offers for MBX subscribers to lower CAC continuously. - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Key Skills : - 4-5+ years of experience in growth/ business development / channel management/ marketing roles - Strong Analytical and decision-making skills - Own channel growth will be an added advantage. - Ability to interpret market research and test results. - Problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with software basics.
