Associate Director - Enterprise Sales

What you'll do:


- Identify key Hiring partners via extensive market research

- Meet and exceed sales targets that include onboarding new hiring partners, securing Letter of Intent (LOI's) for customized programs

- Understand hiring market technology stack trends so that we can optimize our courses and to support the successful placement of our students

- Building a high performing team by providing thought leadership around planning and execution, enable account executives via strong coaching, mentorship and guidance

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, build rapport and establish long term relationships with corporate clients.

- Effectively understand and communicate the Masai School value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

- Report on a range of success metrics to track team progress and success, initiate changes that will enhance Enterprise teams success

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders

- Own all sales related metrics and team and individual performance across all stages of the funnel - Deliver against goals without jeopardizing the student or employer's experience.

- You will find creative solutions to your problems, own the execution and drive the organization to meet its goals

What You'll need:

- 8+ years' of managing sales / account management teams to deliver revenue goals within a high growth Tech, FinTech, EdTech, SaaS company or recruitment agency

- Track record in establishing & maintaining relationships with large organizations

- Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining diverse teams and creating an environment of equity and inclusion where people thrive

- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices, Experience utilizing systems and data as tools to influence and drive decision making

- Ability to work in ambiguity and at a rapid pace, we are a start-up and are still learning

- High standards of personal excellence and bias for action

A successful candidate will be:

- Passionate about making a difference with their work, Job is based out of Bangalore and you are comfortable with travel

- You are a team-player that thrives in helping others succeed .

- You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.

- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
