MAS Rural Housing & Mortgage Finance - Regional Manager

Location: Baroda / Surat

Designation: Regional Manager

Execution KRA :

- Recruitment of quality team.

- Establishing & maintaining working relationship with developer's.

- To prepare & update data bank of developer sites regular basis

- Identify Affordable Housing & Commercial Sites for APF & Project Funding

- Appointment of APF & Referral at all the places

- Regular Training to all BM, RO for Policy, process and business model

- Daily reporting to VP / PI

- To follow credit policy & process.

- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.

- Portfolio mgmt.

Desired Profile :

Minimum experience of 4 years in Housing Finance Industry

Should be currently working in Housing Finance company

Good in communication and presentable

Should have handled a team

Ready for local / surrounding travel

CTC : Upto 6.50 LPA + Incentives
