Position Title: Vice President (Investor Relations &amp; Resource Finance) Location: Mumbai (New set-up; HO at Ahmedabad) Reports to: Top-Level Management Team size: Currently NIL, will have in near future (this position would also be responsible for building team for Mumbai Office) Candidate Profile: - A candidate for this position will need to have strong analytical skills. He must be capable of working with analytical tools, processes and building analytical models for a business. Perform regular performance, financial, market, and competitive analysis for the business in order to avail useful insights for strategic decision-making and identification of business opportunities at various business fronts. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to - 1. Fund Raising: - Develop and deliver a comprehensive and coherent fundraising strategy for the organization - Raising funds via Foreign Banks, ECB Route &amp; Mutual Funds, also maintaining and enhancing relationship with stakeholders - Set and achieve realistic time-limited fundraising objectives, agreed in consultation with Top - Level Management personnel - Prepare reports and give presentations on fundraising progress to the Top - Level Management personnel 2. Investor Relations: - Effectively communicate and develop relations with investors - Participate in conference calls and investor meetings - Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management - Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation, and other related deliverables - Contribute to the production of all annual reports and related reports - Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception - Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors Kindly note: This position will initially be responsible for handling above mentioned responsibilities; however additional responsibilities will be added few months down the line.
