Job Profile: The candidate should demonstrate vast experience in leading a strategy team through various projects across the business leading to overall performance improvement of the business. A candidate for this position will need to have strong analytical skills. He must be capable of working with analytical tools and processes and building analytical models for a business as well as performing regular performance, financial, market, and competitive analysis for the business in order to avail useful insights for strategic decision-making and identification of business opportunities at various business fronts. This position will have a team of four verticals reporting in, namely - 1. Liability Management and develop fundraising plan via Foreign Banks, ECB route & Mutual Funds 2. Investor Relations i.e. developing relations with investors, prepare presentations, arranging interviews on news channel 3. SME Loans are normally used by small and medium enterprises, which are keen on expanding their existing business or need to invest in a new business against the borrowed amount 4. SME Capital i.e. funding platform to understand client's business requirements and provide capital quickly and efficiently Behavioral Competencies: - Team work, analytical, strong aptitude for concerned position Role Specific Competencies: - Excellent communication and quantitative skills. - Very good command over verbal and written English. - Ability to deliver quality deliverables within tight deadlines - Strong command over MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
