- Demonstrates TWO WHEELER RETAIL Loan by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features

- Collate and report information on market performance, knowledge and share of market

- Achieving the month on month revenue targets as defined in the KRA, responsible for adhering to cost budgets and ensure cross sales

- Exceptional selling skills with an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire TWO WHEELER RETAIL process

- As per business plan, daily monitoring of team DSR - Quantity & Quality and Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff

- Maintaining the database of the targeted segment, communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion

- Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT

- Daily reporting to PRESIDENT to achieve the target as decided from time to time

- Portfolio Management

- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead region wise direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives

- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization

- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary

- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews

- Proactively identify changes in TWO WHEELER RETAIL market and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.

- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities

Candidate Profile:

- Master level degree

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

- Deep understanding of NBFC industry

Behavioral Competencies:

- Team work, analytical, strong aptitude for concerned position

- Ability to think and act independently in the best interests of the company

- Willing to multi task and work under pressure

Role Specific Competencies:

- Excellent communication and quantitative skills.

- Very good command over verbal and written English.

- Ability to deliver quality deliverables within tight deadlines

- Strong command over MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
