Job Description

The headquarters in Rajkot is looking for an enthusiastic individual with sound expertise in the stock markets digital financial services offerings across devices and digital channels.

As the designation suggests, the ideal candidate will be leading the Internet Based Trading platform services offered. The candidate will be closely working in consultation with the management in driving product enhancements, operational processes for the objective of superior trading and investing services to the clients and end-users.

Requirements

Qualification - Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or Computer Programming and an MBA in Finance is a plus

Experience - 5+ years of experience in digital product development and management in the financial services industry.

CTC - Based on candidates experience and merits.

Location - Rajkot

Responsibilities :

- Lead the internet based trading platforms operations across all channels B2B, and B2C

- Oversee technological enhancements to the trading platforms, recommend and execute product feature developments and process set-ups

- Review, manage and devise a risk management strategy to successfully drive IBT business.

- Develop competitive pricing strategies to garner business from the market and existing clients.

- Manage and motivate team to achieve the objectives set for the online businesses

Accountability:

- Determine digital marketing strategy for internet based trading services and execute it

- Create, review and present MIS reports for IBT with analytical insights

- Fully leverage the onsite experience, design and optimization tools to ensure online servicing capabilities as per business and brand objective

- Enhance brand perception, customer satisfaction and support activities to increase active user base for Internet Based Trading

- Manage budgets, processes to deliver cost effective servicing and maintain relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders

- Driving regulatory, IT security, and compliance requirements for online trading products

- Demonstrate deep knowledge of broking product features, services and usability

- Provide supportive role in adding new products or services on digital platform
