Job Description

The company is looking for a young, dynamic and enthusiastic Head for Broking Business to develop sales strategies around existing and new products, redefining product life cycle, creating a blueprint for channel partners and business associates. The Candidate will report to the Managing Director and work along with Vice President - Business Development. The position provides a unique opportunity of designing new systems and processes for broking sales team and also achieve multifold career growth through a hybrid profit sharing model alike a startup firm.

Requirements

Experience - Minimum 5 years of proven business-to-business broking and sales experience

Qualifications - MBA with Finance/Marketing

CTC - Based on candidates experience and merits

Location - Rajkot

Responsibilities

- Formulate sales strategy for overall revenue mix

- Lead and develop other business verticals like currency segment trading, commodities trading, online trading, etc.

- Execute strategic expansion plans direct and indirect business networks such as acquisition and activation of existing and new clients, business associates, channel partners

- Manage and review the overall performance of branch networks including sales and revenue growth, manpower planning, and service quality standards

- Demonstrate leadership necessary to make the organization's goals a success

- Design budget using scientific forecasting methods for the sustainable growth of the organization

- Design and implement various sales and marketing strategies to increase business across all product categories

- Assist in hiring processes such as interviews and assessments for new recruits at managerial levels (Regional Manager/Product Manager/ Branch Manager)

Accountability

- Create and review MIS reports for various business verticals

- Devise and create strategic marketing reports, presentations for brokerage policy, revenue mix, analyze return on investments, client and channel partner acquisition periodically

- Design various evaluation methods to provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly review to their respective business / product team to enhance their performances (tools could be weekly conference calls, publishing performance reports - updates of sales data on various products, monthly/quarterly/half-yearly review meetings and plan of action, analysis of Company MIS against benchmark of industry).

- Design and drive rewards and recognition programs, incentives schemes, various marketing campaigns / promotional activities for branches and regions.

- Identify and evaluate training requirements on products, sales skills, soft skills, macro-economic environment for the regional manager, product managers, and branch managers

- Collaborate and consult with other directors and other heads of various departments to ensure that a company's business goals are aligned with quality standards and efficient work processes
