Job Purpose:
- Handling all Marketing Automation campaigns to drive engagement strategy and improve customer retention
- Responsible for devising and running marketing campaigns, formulate and run digital marketing campaigns for target customers
- Build and manage the campaign plan including channels, test , learn ideas , milestone management , QA/UAT and ensuring timely execution of the campaigns
- This role guides forecasting conversations with business partners, delivering channel performance reporting, insights generation and recommendations. Work cross functionally with key stakeholders, agencies, and other partners.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to build comprehensive customer marketing initiatives and programs that expand customer's existing use of our product
- Manage integrated customer marketing programs including; web, mobile ,email, SMS etc
- Create and execute A/B testing plans to drive campaign optimization decisions
- Process compliance as per data privacy laws ( Handling of customer PII data as per IT security norms , understanding of IT security policies)
- Reporting and dashboarding (Experience with Power BI/Qliksense , Tableau , proficient in MS excel and PowerPoint)
- Work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
Qualifications:
B.E / MBA
Work Experience:
- Campaign Manager cum Business Analyst : < 5 yrs Exp
- Experience in Sales (preferable)
