We see inbound digital marketing as a key element of success in our aggressive growth plans and are looking for a metrics-driven Digital Marketing Lead with a blend of quantative analysis and creative thinking.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Funnel Marketing and be responsible for KPIs
- Initiate activities that will expand the funnel 100x and increase conversion rate of paid signups
- Enhance brand through thought leadership
- Maintain a near real-time dashboard of the funnel KPIs across different channels
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to drive maximum RoI
- Work collaboratively with sales, product dev and strategy teams to give direction and be fully aligned
Ideal candidate profile
- Experience in building a team from scratch at a B2B/SaaS company
- Proven record of having driven exponential growth through inbound marketing
- At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience and 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
- Hands on experience (or experience managing resources/agencies) in PPC, Influencer Relations, Email marketing, SEO, Content Marketing and Social Media
- Savvy with tools and principles of deep analytics, conversion optimization, marketing automation and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of customer journey from landing page to sign ups to onboarding
- Broad understanding of digital PR
