- As a MarTech lead, you will be leading deployment, integration and automation of marketing technologies for the Growth Marketing unit at Enphase. Through your strong understanding and hands-on experience with marketing tools you will put in place automated, intelligent process flows allowing the growth marketing team to deliver best in class experiences in customer journeys in different markets globally. You will also set-in place and manage tracking and reporting mechanisms of various marketing tools worldwide, providing insight into what is working and what is not.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop, execute and optimize the roadmap for efficient use of Marketing Technology for customer communications, onboarding and digital experience across growth marketing programs globally.

- Deploy and build synergies across MarTech platforms being used across Enphase like Netcore, Salesforce, Adobe, Clevertap, Webengage, Incorta to expand the scope of data driven marketing business and to build campaign management capabilities over the platforms.

- Work on marketing plans across channels (digital & offline) and conduct technology vendor assessment and platform capability assessment, defining target marketing operating model and process blueprint.

- Gather business requirements, designing process & solution for platform implementation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders in implementing platform solutions and assisting in change management and adoption of the new tool/process.

- Build, transform and scale the GTM strategy along with business, product team and communicate progress updates to leadership team, on an ongoing basis.

- Develop business case for campaign strategies: Work on technology solutions and develop and support development of MarTech platform technology.

- Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, drive solutions with actionable recommendations and results, through a rigorous data-driven process.

- Monitor trends and analyze data to optimize marketing campaigns: Identify marketing process improvement opportunities. Develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results.

- Advise leadership on new technologies and tools that can be enabled to unlock future revenue at Enphase

REQUIREMENTS :

- B.Tech. (Computer Science preferred) + MBA from premier institutes

- Preferred 7-8 years of experience in marketing technologies - Deployment, automation and optimization.

- Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Ability to be successful in a complex, globally scaled product, sales and engineering environment.

- Demonstrated success in revenue upside resulting from MarTech initiatives

- Ability to think strategically and take data backed decision to improve customer journeys through marketing automation tools

- Experience in team management

- Proficiency in SQL and other dashboard & data visualization tools.

- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously
