MMGS is a global knowledge center for Marsh McLennan and houses teams, which work closely with the colleagues across various operating units and locations. We are looking to recruit a Senior Manager experienced in delivering Business Continuity Services to support our Advisory Strategic Risk Consulting Practice across International regions. The Advisory comprises the strategic risk services, with particular emphasis on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Cyber/Information Security offerings.

- Help with identification, assessment, analysis and prioritization of the business continuity and crisis management plans for Marsh's clients

- Perform extensive research and create client-centric risk management and continuity frameworks

- Contribute to process improvement of the team by making relevant recommendations and executing the process initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of overall delivery

- Report & highlight exceptions in projects, delivery processes, people, policies

We will count on you to:

- Help build the business continuity, crisis management and ITDR value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solutions

- Conduct extensive research to enhance the input and output and improve the value proposition of the project findings and recommendations

- Assimilate and analyse data, craft working models / frameworks and prepare recommendations for presentation to client management

- Effectively communicate the findings and recommendations, its parameters, its assumptions and its inner workings to audiences who vary widely in their levels of technical fluency and seniority

- Evaluate and support in develop or refine client's Business Continuity Management, Emergency Response and/or Crisis Management programs, including:

- Develop program administrative structures, policies, and standards

- Conduct Business Impact Analysis

- Identify and evaluate mitigation and recovery strategies for critical processes and resources

- Guide client engagements to draft Business Continuity Plans , Emergency Response Plans and Crisis Management Plans

- Develop and conduct awareness and training sessions

- Provide implementation support in execution of aforementioned programs and activities

- Monitor and report on various identified metrics of the BCM program

- Develop and participate in the table-top drills under different rolls, observer, evaluator, facilitator and assist in compiling reports

- Follow up and ensure completion of BCM/ER/CM tasks such as Business Impact Analysis, Function Handover, Trainings, Drills etc. by LoS/BU within specified timeline

- Build a sound project management system in place and ensure documentation of project briefs to the end delivery

- Support development of practice marketing collateral

- Assist in new business development activities, including prospect research and proposal development

What you need to have:

- Relevant risk management qualification and Bachelor's degree (ideally Master's) in Engineering, MIS, and relevant fields

- With 7+ years of relevant experience

- Relevant ISO, CBCP and/or MBCI Certifications preferred

- Excellent communication skills - verbal, writing, listening

- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel (including Macros, VBA), Access and SharePoint

What makes you stand out:

- Business Resilience experience from another major consulting firm is desired with strong domain knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Management

- Ideally with secondary domain knowledge/experience in Cyber/Information Security

- Strong academic rigour

- Familiarity with core statistical concepts e.g., correlation, regressions, significance values, etc.

- Knowhow of programming languages like Python or R and BI tools like Tableau will be a plus

- Ability to take initiatives to strive for improvement in analytical techniques, processes and outputs
