Job Dimensions : - Knowledge and Expertise Competent - Should have developed knowledge and skills in HR through formal training, certification or work experience in related division or function (Min. 2 years) - Professional Certification is mandatory. Considered competent in the field of work and beginning to develop knowledge of the business, marketplace and clients. Job Complexity Similar : - Work is performed independently under general direction and is assigned in terms of specific objectives to be achieved. Work is reviewed for accuracy, quality and alignment with function objectives. Work is specialized and impacts performance at the team or process level. Supports in cost management through achievement of functional goals and leading process improvements. - Geographical Impact 2- 1 Sub Function, all Business Unit in 1 Country Principle Accountabilities : - Delivery management - Own responsibility of day to day delivery on all Talent Management processes including IJP, Appraisal, Performance matrix, talent profile and need - Ensure regular and timely communication to line managers and employees on process timelines and deliverables - Manage day to day escalations on process and ensure timely and sure resolutions - Responsible for regular tracking and reporting progress on all day to day TM activities. Provide insights on talent readiness to business and highlight concern areas, if any. - Challenges status quo to design and implement alternate strategies for improvement of processes - Ideate to improve systems that help manage these processes and drive implementation of changes as necessary - Project Management - Own delivery of end to end small to medium sized projects and initiatives in Talent Management and OD. - Use expertise in business to understands talent needs and participates in creation of talent strategy for the organisation - Support in designing initiatives and processes to implement strategy to larger audience - Liaison with stakeholders to create buy in and agree on common outcomes during delivery - Manage project priorities, lead business teams during delivery and amend plans to suit unique business needs - Ensure stakeholders are kept abreast o progress and challenges to project delivery - People and Stakeholder Management - Responsible for performance of team member by clarifying objectives and setting standards for delivery. - Oversees delivery and shares feedback on current performance. The role works and collaborates closely with the Senior Manager of Learning and Development Framework & Boundaries - Labour Laws & Company Laws - Company Policies and Processes - Talent Management Frameworks set by Group Relationships : Subordinates :- Daily interaction for updates, reviews and progress Superiors : - Daily interaction for updates, reviews and progress - Project teams for updates, project plan and implementation - SM L&D for seamless transfer of talent needs for development implementations Others Within the company : - Need based interaction with all managers for escalations, discussions, information sharing - Need based interaction with Group HR team representatives for project coordination - Need based interaction with all employees Outside the company : - Training vendors, other vendors and service providers Person Specifications : Education : Essential : Graduate in any discipline with specialized degree in Human Resource Management Desirable : Work Qualifications Essential: Certification in any one of the behavioural assessment tools eg. FIRO B, INSIGHTS, Saville, Predictive Index, Hogan Desirable : Certification in creation of DC/AC Training Essential : Desirable : Training on interviewing skills/ training need analysis/ BEI / other related HR Courses Experience : Essential : - Experience of 5-7 years preferably in a mid-size or large organization - Must have experience of design of talent initiatives for large group implementation like potential assessment, interview design, managerial talent gap assessment, organization structure etc. - Must have experience of building benchmarked processes.
