Summary : Department : Human Resources Location : Mumbai - Powai Job Title : AM - HR Reports to : Senior Manager - HR Role Description : Role Requirements Overseeing and ensuring smooth functioning of the below processes : 1. Onboarding process : - Creation of Workday id's &amp; ensuring preparedness before day one of new joiners - Co-ordination with employees for joining forms and documentation - New file creation and completion and maintenance of a tracker for the same - Preparation &amp; printing of Appointment Letters - Scheduling fortnightly &amp; monthly induction sessions &amp; tracker maintenance for attendance - Scheduling &amp; conducting connect sessions with new joiners 2. Background Verification : - Initiating new cases - Follow up on documentation and ensuring clearance of all pending cases with the recruiter, vendor &amp; new joiners - Ensuring red cases are addressed and correct actions taken 3. Query management : - Work on and close queries related to bonafide letters, department change, change in reporting manager, Cost codes, Mediclaim, leave, etc. within TAT - Resolving queries on workday related to manager, op-Co changes, transfers, promotions, etc. 4. HR Operations : - MIS and data maintenance for HR Operations - Creating Monthly MIS for the HR department - attrition, HR Deck, etc. - Managing the invoicing process for all HR related invoices - Employee records management 5. HRIS : - Drive and monitor all changes in the HR systems such as Taleo, HRMS, Workday, etc. - Reconciliation of data between the HR systems - Understanding functionality of the systems and 6. Global mobility &amp; Visas : - Preparation of covering letter for employees traveling to other office locations globally - Preparation of invite letters for global employees traveling to India - Preparation of BEP report to be sent to the consulate of India &amp; global mobility team - Coordination of any secondment cases with the global mobility team 7. Maternity : - Processing of new maternity cases and sending them a good new email &amp; kit - Preparing the quarterly tracker for submission to compliance 8. Statutory compliance : - Ensuring filing of all requirements as per statutory compliances within timelines - Ensuring the employee policies are updated in lines with any new compliance requirements or regulations Technical Skills : Basic Excel / MIS General Skills : - Eye for detail - High focus of quality and accuracy - Good oral and written communication skills - Good Analytical skills Preferred candidate profile : Prior Experience : - 3 - 5 years in any HR Function Education/ Qualification :&nbsp; - Graduate (any) - Post Graduate (desirable but not mandatory)
