Roles and responsibilities
Play an active individual contributor role in influencing the top line of the company by building a healthy sales pipeline. S/he will be revenue focused and driven. S/he will lead by example - with personal sales targets
What you will get to do:
- Lead generation - Effectively reach out to identified prospects in their region to ensure there is a healthy pipeline of meetings generated as per discussed goal
- Ongoing research to master the market and service knowledge required to deliver our sales efforts to identified opportunities and decision makers
- Adept at planning and building a sales pipeline through creative ways of generating new leads based on the target parameters set by the company
- Work on meeting lead & meeting targets while work with the company leadership to close deals and meet quarterly revenue targets
- Align with company sales strategies and coordinate various sales efforts (of oneself and the team) to achieve our business objectives by penetrating the market
- Document reports on performance versus targets
- Maintain effective work behaviour in the face of pressure and setbacks. Successfully adapt to changing demands and conditions-
- What you will need to make an impact-
- Strong B2B sales background and selling abilities
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in the B2B services selling process/IT sales in selling Analytics across Industries.
- Linguistic proficiency- excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Good analytical and listening skills
- Should be flexible with work hours-
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate from a decent college
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint, and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
