Job Description:

- Define and position MnM consulting value proposition so as to enable all respective of departments to win consulting projects against our competitors.

- Control quality of each project and meet global excellence to deliver customer delight to fetch repeat business.

- Innovate consulting frameworks, templates, guidelines which can differentiate MnM Consulting practice and are well accepted globally by clients.

- Ensure timely delivery of all the projects.

- Recruit, mentor, imbibe best practices, and enforce discipline to achieve strategic and financial goals.

- Overall consolidate consulting practice and achieve financial monthly, quarterly and yearly target by working proactively with the VP Sales (outbound), VP Global, VP Inbound, respective domain heads, other practice heads to drive in sufficient pipeline of consulting projects. Optimize the conversion ratio of proposal writing to closures.

- Responsible for generating revenue out of repeat business and subscription.

- Revenue Target of 30 million for Team and Self and focus towards 100%

YOY growth.

Prior experience:

- Worked with any of the big fours or tier 2 consulting firms with overall experience of 15 years +
