Responsibilities :

- Participate actively in internal and external client interactions, KOL interviews, proposal developments, client TOCs.

- Responsible for teams and self-production.

- Understand and track market insights on multiple sectors.

- Develop accurate frame works/hypothesis and test them.

- Draft excellent Company Profiles, SWOT, industry level Drivers & restraints, concise and precise documentation, ability to search and scan relevant publications and literature to produce most accurate market and industry insights.

- Continuously monitor the market and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through research reports.

- Perform market engineering by estimates and forecast global micro and Macro.

- Use internal tools to create regular benchmarking reports.

- Exhibit complete ownership of the tasks/projects assigned.

- Required to decipher research requests, scope and estimate the effort involved and map out the delivery plan.

- Deliver projects on time and maintain high quality standards of the deliverables.

- Develop strong understanding of the technology industry in general and expertise in specific domains as required.

- Good organizational, Team Management, time management and project management skills.

Requirements :

- 6- 8 Years - relevant experience in Research industry.

- Major expertise into the ICT Domain.

- Should have managed a team of 4/5 analyst.

- Should have at least 3 year of client interaction experience (email and telephonic)

- Strong team mentoring skills.

- Should know how to allocate work to the team and deliver as per the guidelines.

- Good organizational, time and project management skills.

- Experience in an extremely fast paced work environment preferably in research, consulting or marketing/strategy.

- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

- Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.

- Exceptional Editing skills.

- Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint

- Should be able to Articulate well.

- Should have excellent business acumen.

- Graduate + MBA/Master's from leading School.
