- As a Sr. Research Analyst you shall share your domain/Industry knowledge with your team to execute projects efficiently.

- You shall be responsible to execute market research and consulting assignment/projects.

- Write market/Industry research studies and finalize them.

- Decide upon the market studies/topics to be researched.

- Finalise Table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies.

- Finalise client proposals.

- Estimate market sizes and forecasting.

- Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates.

- Contribute High level analysis.

- Conduct primary and secondary research.

- Develop your subordinates in conducting primary and secondary research.

- Review the deliverable submitted by your subordinates.

- Maintain project plan to deliver the report timely.

- Work in tandem with the research manager and follow the table of content to complete the in-depth market assessment for individual MICRO and MACRO markets.

Education:

- BE in electricals/ Instruments with Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

- Preferably working experience with a market research/ consulting firm

- Prior industry experience in Semiconductor & Electronics research experience is an added advantage.

- Superior analytical and conceptual ability with proven consulting skills

- Excellent communication, organizational or project management skills

- Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
