Talent Acquisition - Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. - Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization - Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements. - Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. - Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all Business managers and administer all recruitment activities for various projects. - Evaluate all contracts for resources and ensure effective services and design various strategies to use all workforce resource and assist to manage talent acquisition process for assign region. - Assist various business units and establish appropriate human capital requirements and assist in all talent acquisition process. - Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process. - Salary negotiation with the candidates and maximum conversations. - Create Pipeline based on current and future need ( Replacement and New Hires ) - The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing a full-cycle recruiting process from posting a position to successfully hiring a candidate and will provide candidates and internal customers with a top quality experience during the recruitment & hiring process. - Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results while working independently and with minimal supervision Talent Retention - Assists with the development of positive employee relations and retention policies for the Company - Overseeing and promoting employee relations includes surveying, analysing and reviewing employees to find areas for employee retention improvement, promoting employee benefit programs, and managing new services and programs to attract new employees and retain current employees. - Recommends employee retention practices necessary to establish positive working relationships and promotes a high level of employee morale and motivation. - Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth. - Counsels managers on employee issues and Coaches managers on how to handle difficult or sensitive employee situations. - Maintains thorough, timely and appropriate documentation for all employee relations & retention matters.
