Forecasting : Experience in doing patient based forecasting/building epidemiology based models for a new or in market product. Understanding patient journey, compliance and unmet needs in one or more therapeutic areas. Alternatively, experience in building econometric or multiple regression models or alternative methods for forecasting. Experience in building financial models for companies.

Data Analysis : Experience in doing statistical analysis and building data models in excel.

Strategic Analysis : Understanding of corporate strategy, ability to work on converting seemingly unrelated information into meaningful analysis and draw inferences, recommendations and conclusions.

Business writing and Presentation Skills :

- Ability to create excel dashboards, Reports/presentations in PowerPoint or articles/reports in words

- Number Crunching: Having a sense of working on numbers and ability to work without getting overwhelmed by high numeric content.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Articulate and pleasing communication skills, ability to influence/persuade while communicating to external stakeholders/clients and ability to thrive in team environment.

Education and Domain experience : Educational background in Pharmacy/Science/life Sciences/ Medical/dentistry/Medical device engineering. Post-graduation/MBA is a must.

Relevant Experience : Working in a consulting/market research/professional services firm/Pharma, biotech, medtech, scientific instrumentation companies, Equity research.

Desired Skills :

- Minimum 6- 10 years of experience in Research & Consulting with Experience in Pharma / Biotech / Medtech / HCIT / Scientific Instrumentation.

- Experience within Research & Consulting Firm in B2B Projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)

- Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)

- Ability to work independently to meet individual performance goals

- Proven ability to build relationships

- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
