Description:

- Currently most of the decision making is Non-MIS driven which we wish to make it largely as “MIS driven business decisions” across all practices/departments. WE have applications like CRM, tracker, HRMS which captures largely all vital data on day to today basis however we still do not have the desired level of MIS. At times there are issues of compliance across the board to enter timely details in the applications.

Job Description:

- Drive in compliance across all the employees including junior, senior, mid level management, managers and above to get the desired accuracy in MIS.

- Prepare MIS frameworks, templates which evidently shall help decision making proactively towards betterment of the practice.

- Setup all global best practices of MIS across all departments.

- Identify the performers, non performers in every department and not restrict to resources but service line, offerings, clients

- Deliver MIS which can help us maximize our revenues, quality, customer delight, employee satisfaction, optimize cost.

- Deliver MIS which can help us to achieve our strategic goals and financial goals.

- Seamlessly Work with technology team and enhance human efforts to deliver the desired MIS.

- Perform MIS analysis on regular intervals and recommend right decisions to be taken at all levels.

- Setup calendar mechanism to make the entire MIS available to respective department at all levels.

- Setup dedicated team if require to capture necessary MIS data points at all levels.

Prior Experience:

- Minimum 12 years experience in MIS building. Has been leading MIS practice in companies employing more than 2000+ employees.

- Reporting into CEO and dotted reporting into “Strategy head”.
