Marketing Strategy Role - Construction/Real Estate

The Job Role & skill sets required :

- Should be a "Full Time MBA" from a Tier 1, Tier 2 B School,

- Experience in Real Estate Companies , PMC's, Construction Industry is mandatory

- To Work on Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual Business Plans

- Work with stakeholders & report quarterly performance of the company

- To gauge competition, use predictive analytics to shape the business to the next level

- Should have good business acumen

- To independently come up with business strategy & plans

- To do Business Analytics using business tools ( SLM, SCM, ERP, CRM etc)

- Should be able to monitor the performance of the Organization on a regular basis, understand probable failure areas within the Company and alert the Board, recommend actions for the same

- Should be able to do Financial Planning & Budget Controls across verticals & locations

- Experience as Chief of Staff or Head Of a Business will be an added advantage
