Marketing Strategy Advisor - Insurance

Requirement :

- Looking for an Independent Marketing Advisor for a Leading Insurance client in India

- The Advisor is expected to devote 2-4 hours a week either on a fixed schedule or an on-demand basis with advance notice

- Current engagement period envisaged is 6 months (can be extended/reviewed in due course)

About the Role :

Qualifications & Experience :

- 15+ years' experience in marketing /branding

- 10+ years' experience in a strategic / leadership role

- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing space

- Familiarity with the BFSI sector (especially insurance and/or FinTech) would be a plus

- Strong preference for individuals with advertising / digital marketing agency background (for a multi-client exposure)

Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic leadership & direction to the insurers marketing team by sharing expert insights

- Help create and propagate a brand message that will resonate with our target demographic

- Create innovative marketing strategies that will build our brand, leading to increased awareness and relevance among our target customers/partners

- Help the marketing team set and achieve strategic goals related to branding, digital marketing, and various other marketing initiatives

- Help design and improve upon digital marketing campaigns as a digital and unassisted sales focused company, reflecting in direct positive impact on sales numbers

- Play the role of a mentor and sounding board for the team by helping them review progress against plans and helping them find the right direction.
