Marketing Strategist - Digital Marketing - Travel Advisory Firm

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist - Digital Marketing Expert with one of the leading Travel Advisory firm to define, review and analyze lead and lag metrics to improve the overall ROI from various marketing channels and establish best practices (Adwords, Display Marketing, Email, Social, App)

Responsibilities are :

- Strategizing and Hands-on execution on a variety of projects and experiments related to acquisition, activation and retention of users

- Ability to handle complex data and leveraging data-driven insights. Experienced with various analytics platforms (Internal Data platform/Google Analytics/Apsalar/SimilarWeb/Data Visualization Tools).

- Knowledge of Digital Media Industry and Digital Marketing across various platforms. Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.

- Help in defining product vision and strategy.

- Collaborate with Internal Marketing Teams, Product, Development and Sales teams to create amazing products, boost user acquisition, conversion and retention growth.

2. Communication : Independently manage communication with project management office and project team members

3. Leadership : Effectively lead cross functional teams to achieve project goals. Train and coach others in the organization. Breakdown complex projects into modules, and build structured execution plans.

Requirements :

Should have experience in following :

- Growth Marketing (Ecommerce player)

- Paid acquisition, remarketing and conversion strategies

- AdWords Scripts and API is preferred

- YouTube and Display Remarketing

- Marketing automation and web analytics

- Highly proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and visualization tools
