Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Project Execution:

- Maximize user and transactions growth.

- End to end project management and leading team members to achieve desired goals within timelines. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

- Define, review and analyze KPIs to improve the overall ROI from marketing projects.

- Hands-on execution on a variety of projects using conventional analytical techniques, deliver on multiple projects & ability to manage timelines around them.

- Ability to handle complex data and leveraging data-driven insights. Experienced with various analytics platforms (Internal Data platform/Google Analytics/Apsalar/Similar Web).

- Understand business priorities and work out data driven solutions.

- Knowledge of Digital Media Industry and Digital Marketing across various platforms. Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.

- Analyze data to understand performance and effectiveness of digital programs (across channels like Search, Digital Display, Social Media, Email and onsite). Establish best practices in digital marketing.

- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).

- Help in defining product vision and strategy.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Development and Sales teams to create amazing products, boost user acquisition and transactions growth.

3. Communication: Independently manage communication with project management office and project team members

4. Leadership: Effectively lead cross functional teams to achieve project goals. Train and coach others in the organization. Breakdown complex projects into modules, and build structured execution plans.

Requirements:

- [Preferred] B Tech from premier institutes with min 4 yrs of work experience in building and distributing great digital products

- MBA from Tier-1 college (IIM/FMS/ISB) is a plus but not mandatory

- Experience in the field of advanced digital marketing, product management, web analytics, while working for leading global or niche e-commerce organizations

- Experience in technology product marketing a must. Familiarity with digital marketing campaign management is must.

- Experience in Growth Marketing for an Ecommerce player.

- Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing landscape of growth channels by staying on top of current growth hacks, tech hacks, trends, practice and social triggers.

- Understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights.

- Familiarity with Web and App optimization tools like Optimizely and VWO

- Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions.

- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.

- Thrives in a cross-functional and fast paced environment.

- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into business analysis as required.

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
