Marketing and Strategic Partnership

About You :

- 2+ years growth marketing experience, specializing in delivering Partnerships with leading brands and enterprise organizations

- Commercially aware, with strong data driven and strategic mindset

- Proven success in building and managing highly effective affiliate channels with a solid understanding of acquisition metrics, marketing and affiliate programs

- Strong data analysis and presentation skills, with proficiency in reporting (Tableau, Google Sheets and Slides), client engagement tools (e.g. Google G-Suite) for proposal and collateral development and CRM systems (Salesforce, Monday.com)

- International experience is ideal to understand the nuances of working with different markets and how to successfully localize global partnerships and products

- Experience leading end-to-end deal cycles, including sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale partnerships at a global organization

- Demonstrated success with building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

- Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple work streams and priorities

- Excels under pressure and in hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities :

- Work collectively with the Marketing team on digital and social media initiatives

- Driving offline marketing campaigns in tandem with the overall brand approach

- Execute WhatsApp & email automation marketing campaigns for new & existing buildings

- Develop highly successful partnerships for your-space that drive new students' acquisition for the brand

- Own the entire partnership cycle, from researching, initial outreach and relationship building to proposals, negotiation, and continued account management

- Develop and lead the affiliate B2B and B2C partnerships program to meet and exceed acquisition goals

- Work closely with the wider sales, marketing and partnerships teams as to maximize on all leads and opportunities

- Monitor and analyze ongoing partnership campaign data to continually improve performance

- Deliver weekly activity, performance and pipeline reports and work closely on senior leadership updates

- Negotiate partnership agreements, partnering cross functionally to ensure alignment with legal, finance, marketing, tech and product

- Collaborate with the community teams to share briefings on partnership requirements, manage ongoing communications and ensure seamless delivery and goal achievement
