Marketing Specialist, AEM (India)

- As a seasoned marketing professional, you will maintain a close relationship with local sales leaders, key stakeholders and regional marketing to deliver best in class marketing coverage for demand generation, pipeline influence and account-based marketing.
- Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be a member of the Asia & Emerging Markets, your role is based in India.
- You will help to drive the marketing strategy and execution for our tax and shared services portfolio of products in India and Middle East and have a significant impact on Thomson Reuters success in the region.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Develop and deploy sophisticated integrated demand generation campaigns
- Build enthusiasm and momentum for our marketing initiatives via communicating with and enabling sales
- Develop and execute plans across a range of marketing mediums including social, marketing automation, events (physical and digital), email, campaign performance analysis and SEM
- Be heavily involved in building high-touch TOFU, MOFU and BOFU campaigns for pipeline influence and acceleration
- Be accountable for marketing KPIs for a portion of the India and Middle East business
- Develop strong and effective partnerships with industry partners, associations and both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, track and report on ROI of campaigns, programs and tactics
- Work closely with other regional marketing teams on shaping the content and execution of our outbound marketing efforts
About You: Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
You're a fit for the role of Marketing Specialist if your background includes:
- Have at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing.
Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred
- Have an ongoing interest and passion for all things marketing; new mediums, vehicles technologies, marketing tools and best practices
- Have previously managed and executed marketing campaigns for the tax and finance profession in previous roles
- Solid experience using marketing technology tools including Eloqua, Salesforce, Anaplan, Power BI, Canva, Adobe to name a few
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Have successfully managed campaign objectives that have achieved pipeline and revenue growth
- Enjoy mastering the innovation that can be applied to hybrid events
- Have a proven track record of data and results driven marketing
- Work well with both external agencies and in-house expertise
- Have strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners
- Can very effectively multi-task, prioritise workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure
