Roles and Responsibilities
Proposal Handling:
- Understand Business Challenges & Customer Needs
- Assess Opportunity and Scope
- Prepare a detailed PowerPoint based proposal for each RFP after discussing with the client the research plan, business objectives or any other concerns.
- Suggest the best suitable project approach, methodology and timelines.
- Determine and communicate optimal pricing for all services, carry out effective negotiations with client and resolve queries to win bids.
Pricing Strategy:
- Responsible for formulating and deciding the right pricing for all the projects by gauging client appetite and operational effort involved
Capability Presentations and Pitch Collaterals:
- Build detailed pitch presentation/capability documents for different clients by making them customized as per client and industry.
- Also involved in making other supporting documents like relevant case studies, testimonials, team profile etc.
Collaterals:
- Responsible for conceptualizing and creating a complete Marketing Toolkit for the company including brochures, fact sheet, corporate film, pitch book, case study dossier etc.
Competitor analysis:
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor moves, update top management and discuss strategic relevance.
- Collect Market Intelligence- track and report best practices in the industry.
Vendor Management:
- Complete management of marketing and research vendor selection and relationship management process.
- Strengthen network of vendors across the globe, leverage relations to negotiate and strike profitable deals and monitor
Prerequisites
- Experience – 4 - 5 yrs of relevant experience
- Educational Background – MBA is a must
- Preferred Industry- Analytics/ Consulting/ KPO/ IT
