Marketer - Growth
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email, content marketing, and social media, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Content Development :
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling and targeted content for demand generation campaigns.
- Ensure content is optimized for different stages of the buyer's journey.
Funnel Optimization:
- Build and continuously optimize signups, lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Analyze performance, identify leaks, and implement solutions
Lead Magnets:
Develop and deploy compelling lead magnets that attract and convert our target audience, including whitepapers, webinars, e-books, and interactive tools.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:
Embrace a culture of experimentation by continuously testing campaigns, strategies, and channels to discover the most effective approaches.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Leverage data to make informed decisions, track campaign performance, and measure ROI.
- Use insights to refine strategies and tactics continuously.
SEO and Analytics:
- Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and adjustments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all demand generation activities.
Market Research:
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, SaaS marketing, and your industry niche.
Growth Mindset:
Foster a culture of learning and innovation, encouraging team members and the wider organization to embrace change and new challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Over 4-6 years in B2B marketing with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing for B2B Saas companies
- Hands-on experience on Hubspot Professional/Enterprise platform. 1+ year of having managed lifecycle stages, creating automation workflows, custom fields, reporting dashboards to join data tables across multiple objects, email sequences, lead scoring.
- Experience setting up and executing marketing campaigns to engage, nurture and acquire accounts with a multi-touch, cross-channel approach.
- Experience with marketing B2B SaaS products in US, European and global markets.
- An MBA from a Tier I/II College is an added advantage.
