Job Responsibilities -
1. Internal Communication & Events
a. Work across departments to understand internal communication requirements
b. Get the communication created and ensure timely delivery
c. Work closely with Employee engagement team to build internal properties that add value to employees
d. Explore various internal communication channels and measure their effectiveness
e. Ensure brand compliance in all the communication pieces delivered
f. Manage internal events - ideation to delivery of marketing requirements
g. Content creation
2. Customer Communication & Product Promotion
a. Manage all mandatory customer communication
b. Create customer communication for brand awareness
c. Product promotion
i. Existing customers
1. Support cross sell team to promote products amongst existing customers via online channels (emails/SMS)
ii. Promote products to potential customers
1. Online channels
2. Offline channel (On-ground/Branch-level activities)
3. Branch Branding
a. Define branch branding in alignment with brand identity
b. Standardize branches in alignment with Brand identity to create uniform customer experience
4. Brand Building
a. Monitor brand health periodically
b. Work with stakeholders and work closely to identify and influence customers to improve brand health
c. Create brand campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and improving the health
d. Manage rebranding-related activities from time to time
