Marketing Operations & Automation Lead - B2B SaaS

A leading B2B SaaS startup is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead who will lead the end-to-end marketing ops and automation for the organization.

Please Note: Engineers followed by an MBA from top B school will be preferred and minimum 5 years of CRM and marketing automation experience with HubSpot is a must, so only apply if you have this experience.

Key Aspects of the role:

- Manage and optimize marketing tech stack and implementation and operational aspects of the ABP tool.

- Develop strong lead funnel and marketing operations reporting.

- Oversee contact database management and drive augmentation with third-party vendors and tools.

- Manage data hygiene and administration of the Hubspot marketing automation.

- Work closely with the Demand Generation team to execute marketing automation and custom marketing campaigns.

- Develop and optimize lead scoring mechanism and the lead qualification process.

- Manage a team, focused on marketing ops.

To fit the bill:

- 8+ years in marketing ops experience.

- Well versed with latest marketing tech tools.

- Expertise in aggregating data, generating reports using Hubspot.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have worked in a fast paced startup
