Marketing Officer - Diversified Group

We are hiring for the position of Marketing Officer with a diversified Group for Africa.

Job Description

Marketing Development : Outsource of new clients and new orders from Local market and from export markets in neighboring countries.

- Market Follow up : Constant monitoring of existing clients orders, new developments, market trends, credit controls and payment follow-up.

- Receiving orders from the clients and ensure to execution of the orders on time by coordinating with the factory and the dispatch team

- Constant monitoring the set targets given and working to achieve the goal.

- Payment collection either by cash or cheque to be collected from the client and handover to the Finance Department.

- Updating the prices for the products of clients according to the market trend and authorizing of Price list, Quotation, Job Ticket Request, Sales Order etc.

- Receiving all correspondences from either customers or any departments and ensuring they are replied on time through emails, Whatsapp, SMS etc.

- Preparing Quotations, Job Tickets, Sales orders etc. and also closely monitoring the dispatches and pending orders to what to be dispatched and taking necessary steps to get it executed.

- Efficiently following up the payment by closely monitoring the client's statements on behalf of the debt collector.

- Forecasting sales and other related products concern to clients and taking appropriate action for getting it done.

- Conducting Market survey and getting feedback from the clients and generating reports.
