Marketing Manager - Technology Services

Congruent Solutions is looking for a talented, Marketing Head, to lead marketing activities for Technology Services and KPO Business units for Congruent Solutions.

- You will be responsible for Conceptualizing, Planning, Budgeting and Executing the business marketing strategy and ensuring maximum levels of engagement and return on investments.

- The ideal candidate for this role will have a wealth of exposure and experience leading teams in areas including: Campaigning, Lead Generation, Preparation of Materials (collaterals, case studies, Whitepaper, Presentations, and Proposals), SEO, RFP /Proposal Responses, Email Campaigns and Social Media and Conversion.

- This role would be perfect for an innovative and strategic native who is equally adept in a technical or creative marketing environment.

- This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning, managing & implementing the global marketing strategy in conjunction with your team.

- Your expert knowledge of all facets of Marketing coupled with excellent communication skills and an authoritative yet objective approach are of paramount importance in this role.

1. Lead the Marketing Team for :

- Go To Market Research

- Campaign Implementation

- Suspect Database Generation

- Drive the Preparation of collaterals, case studies, Whitepaper, Presentations, and Proposals

- Management of Various Corporate Websites – Content, SEO, UI – Look and Feel

- Search Engine Optimization

- Social Media Optimization

2. Sales Operations :

- Lead Generation Support for Field Sales Team

- Conceptualization and Execution of Email Campaigns, Tele-calling Campaigns

- Reports / Analytics

- RFP /Proposal Responses

3. Partnerships / Alliances Management :

- Outsourcing Advisory Services

- Industry Partnerships

- Venture Capital Firm – Alliances

- Procurement Portals
