Marketing Manager - Strategy and New Initiatives

We are looking for an ambitious marketing person, The role will work very closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (Global) for all of the new initiatives. It would require the person to have experience in creating as well as implementing marketing strategies. The person should have a strong understanding of luxury retail and the ability to liaise with various functional heads within the group

The Key Responsibilities would include:-

- Support in Business strategy development and execution

- Shaping new projects as they come in

- Strategising in digital marketing campaigns

- Customer Insights research and analysis

- Development of project management plans for allocation of resources and tracking of performance

- Developing go-to-market strategy pillars around product, pricing, mode of distribution and promotion and customer management

- Collaboration and close working with different teams and senior management to ensure performance as per the defined goals and vision

- Strong understanding of marketing strategies through the right mix of mediums, content and research.

- Depth in understanding of market research, integrated communication development for brands & events,campaign planning & execution along with public relations and advertising.

- Developing creative briefs and communicating strategic objectives to internal team members to ensure projects are completed in alignment with strategy

- Keeping team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline.
