Marketing Manager Skin care Segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze category growth drivers.
- Design & plan new product launches by regularly spotting market trends
- Align all key activities for product development as per market launch plans.
- Conduct timely reallocations for sales avenues in order to increase business with right product mix.
- Plan the category, abiding by -sales target, stock target, and phasing Out, promotional Budget, Resource Planning
- Work in close coordination with, procurement, finance, packaging, and operations team for on time availability of products.
- Prepare performance review and margin analysis MIS reports
- Ensure optimum product pricing, costing & margin analysis, sourcing and price negotiation.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements; through post launch reviews
- Finalize and innovate the product packaging
- Ensure vendor support & engagement to achieve sales growth
- Working closely with the marketplace team to ensure visibility to our products
- Regulate the pricing of products basis the market competition study and margin controls.
- Own key metrics like Category Contribution %, Gross Margin, Sell-through.
- Supervise and monitor the reorder levels for overall inventory.
Candidature:
- MBA in Marketing /Graduate from relevant subjects with minimum 6 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience leading the category independently.
- Strong product understanding Working knowledge of Cosmetics/beauty, fashion and social trends that are relevant to the continued evolution of the business, experience in Category Management and/or retailer or distributor/vendor collaboration.
- Experience driving brand development, particularly with an edge of ecommerce driven businesses.
- Relevant experience in advertising and marketing communications
- Experience in PR community build and management
- Capable of influencing and persuading a broad range of decision influencers and decision makers; particularly effective in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
- Must be able to analyze and interpret internal sales data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
