- Responsible for managing the brand

- Strategic planning including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis and product positioning

- Oversee brand related content and communications

- Oversee product management including market and customer research

- Support in product marketing including product launch management

- Develop, manage and implement the brand initiatives

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

QUALITATIVE

- Brand strategist and creative professional

- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.

- Experience of working with business and industry press is added advantage

- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in brand marketing

- Extremely good with ideation, communication skills and presentation skills

QUANTITATIVE

- Project completion within set timeline

- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies that have met or exceeded planned objectives

- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising agencies and providing creative direction to ensure alignment of brand objectives
