Designation: Marketing Manager - Retention & Revenue
Job Description:
- Your responsibility will be all about getting more out of existing customers
- You will be responsible to ideate, build & execute consumer lifecycle programs to drive retention, reactivation, engagement, etc. with a focus on Revenue and Retention
- You will engage with high LTV customers to build a customer advisory board
- Upselling and cross-selling products along with the promotion of referral programs will also be an important KPI that you will own
- You will work with the Customer Success team to ensure rich customer experience and reduce churn
- You will closely work with the business intelligence team to build growth intelligence around user personas, user behavior, user lifecycle, etc.
- You will also work closely with the marketing team to generate content and run various campaigns to enable revenue generation
Looking for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in retention and engagement Marketing
