Marketing Manager - Retail Operations

Role:

- To plan, develop and implement Retail Operations strategy & Execution at store level, and drive business results to achieve the set financial objectives of sales, profit & ROI.

- Identify the operation challenges for long term business progress.

Responsibility:

- To coordinate with Store team and other functions to achieve desired organizational results w.r.t ABP Sales, EBITDA,NOB,ABV and Other Financial Parameters

- Competition or Market understanding

- Advance planning and detailed working required to overcome challenges

- Expansion Plan

- Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stores sales targets are met with respect to district assigned

- Ensure Profitability of Market or Territory assigned

- Internal Interaction with Store operations, Replenishment, Merchandising, Marketing, People, SP, LP

- External Interaction with Land Lord, Statutory Officers, Govt Depts. Etc

- To drive achievement of department financials - sales, margins,Reduce Operating Costs, EBITDA

- Plan and develop team

- Plan, implement & analyze promotions to improve sales

- Process Improvement

Experience:

- Min 10 Years in Retail Store Operations

Qualifications:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate
