Key Tasks - Areas of Responsibility
- Customer Engagement events
Conceptualize and Execute the Quarterly Marketing Activity Calendar to drive millennial connect. Which will include:
- Inclusive Events (involving customer participation)
- Performer/Artist based events e.g TED talks, standup comedy, band
- Customer Promotions
- Customer Workshops
- Evaluate effectiveness of event/activity for future reference.
- Product Launch Management
Create a monthly rolling product launch calendar based on SIEL product launches.
Conceptualize and execute each product launch activity with emphasis on
- Pre-Event Marketing & Drive-to-store
- In-Store event execution
- Post event marketing
Evaluate effectiveness of event/activity for launches in future.
- Third party tie-ups
Identify opportunities for marketing tie-ups to increase overall visibility.
Identify opportunities for generating revenue by services with relevant third party tie ups.
- CRM Activities
Build & leverage a customer database to drive footfall to the store
Conceptualize and execute differentiated rewards program for loyal/high value customers.
- PR Management
Connect with HO PR team to build local coverage Opera House
Feed stories on success and events at Opera House in local media
- Asset Management
Creation & ownership of Digital and Social Media Assets.
Ensure correct operations and representation of all visual display (digital& static) assets in the store
Ensuring alignment with product and brand campaigns
Ensure the visual display guidelines are adhered to.
Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile
1. Post Graduate in Marketing
2. Experience 10 years+ in Marketing & Branding
3. Experience of creating marketing strategies for retail stores/brands
4. Experience of working with a multinational organization
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Should have good communication skills
7. Creative ideation and execution of events, promotions,
8. Ability to think creatively and innovatively
9. Good networking skills
10. Budget-management skills and proficiency
11. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
12. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
