Managing the Sales & Business Development operations with a team of 6 people consisting of 3 Sales Executive, 1 Content Writer & 2 Management Trainees. This post reports directly to the Director.
- Strategic planning, forecasting & generating leads for acquiring business from corporate clients efficiently.
- Perform SWOT/PEST analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management.
- Identifying prospective clients in the assigned territories, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
- Gathering regular competitive intelligence to achieve the desired market share metrics.
- Planning and implementing the strategies for new client acquisition as per the corporate business plan.
- Implementing strategies for acquiring business from clients and effectively using the potential of existing accounts.
Marketing, Advertisement, Sales & Promotion -
- Proficient with all the stages of corporate selling practice starting from sales proposal submission to client servicing.
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
- Educating sales engineers with corporate selling tactics including product specifications, demos and presentations.
- Scheduling appointments & personally meeting high profile corporate clients on regular basis with an intention to generate business.
- Regular coordinating with technical team, sales engineers & clients to drive projects from conception to completion logistically.
- Periodic courtesy visit to high profile clients with an aim to grasp annual recurring charges, primary data, referral business & customer contentment.
- Conceptualizing & implementing business development & promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development.
- Preparing & Supervising the production of Publicity brochures, handouts, direct emails, leaflets, promotional photographs & videos.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to translate complicated bulk technical information into lenient understandable marketing content.
- Proofread & Edit the promotional content (leaflets, pamphlets & brochures) developed by Subject Matter Experts.
- Regular participation in B2B trade shows, exhibitions & product fairs to stay abreast with the global market trends.
- Periodic advertisement in Print & Online media as per the marketing budget set by the management.
