Role Title: Marketing Manager - Real Estate (Commercial & Residential Projects)

Department: Marketing

Location: Lubumbashi-1 & Goma -1 (DR-Congo)

Salary - 1500 -2000 USD

Overall Purpose of Role: Will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial and residential projects, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote commercial and residential projects, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional events.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital content, to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

- Enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales collateral and support lead generation activities.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Requisite Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related Field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Requisite Experience :

- Experience with 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Real estate Industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

- Language Proficiency: English (French would be an added advantage)
